Part Time Bookkeeper/Office Assistant

We are looking for an in-house bookkeeper/office assistant to work approximately 9-12 hours per week. In this support role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including general bookkeeping, ordering supplies, answering phones, filing, organizing, running errands and any other support needed to keep our office running smoothly.

This position is perfect for someone who is organized, skilled at bookkeeping, and who is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 3-4 hours, depending on the work load. The ideal candidate must have experience with Simply Accounting and Quickbooks, have a good understanding of accounting, including A/P, receivables, bank reconciliations, reports and statements for monthly management review.

In addition, you must be organized, have a professional appearance, be positive and outgoing, have a willingness to help out and get things done, and fit in with our 10 Core Values.
