Premium finishings. Trusted tradesmen. Impressive locations. Valued experience. Everything about RAB Homes screamed quality. But when these Langley home builders first approached Studiothink they needed a brand which would mirror the quality of their homes and also drive forward their plan to move into the next era without leaving the trust of the old brand behind.
The new brand would have to create pride and trust, but would also have to compete in a very hot real estate market where homebuyers placed a lot of value on branding and marketing. When we were approached by what was then called RAB Homes to tackle a brand launch, we jumped at the opportunity. We began the process of research, strategy and brand naming, and a few weeks later Distrikt Homes was born.
Under the new name of Distrikt Homes, Studiothink set out to create a brand that would be relatable and friendly, yet also high-quality. Several projects were designed, including a new logo, brand guidelines, folders, stationery and brochures, as well as a new website which would be used to showcase new home developments and also be a portal for incoming warranty requests.
Marketing was put at the forefront, with Distrikt taking on initiatives they hadn’t done before, such as social media, search engine optimization and sales materials for new developments. The new brand has been a huge success, and is now a name and look that many new homeowners have come to know and trust.
