Land of the Haida.
The Haida House brand is a unique BC property that was born out of the desire to create businesses to support the corporate principle of ensuring that the land and waters in the area would function to provide for the long-term wellbeing of the Haida people. Cultural ecotourism was a natural extension of everything the Haida people believe in, and Haida House would give visitors around the world a rare glimpse into the untouched, rugged archipelago of the islands of Haida Gwaii, located off the northwest coast of British Columbia. Studiothink was approached by this amazing company to develop a brand and marketing materials that would share their beautiful ecotourism resort with the world.
Telling a brand story.
Haida House had a unique story and unique features, and Studiothink was excited to work with them to figure out how to position them as ecotourism leaders. From the beginning it was clear that large images would be a key feature, along with a way to tell their story. Haida artwork and colours would also play a key part in developing the brand, and attention was given to how new visitors to their website would be able to inquire about the property. With the launch of their newly renovated lodge in 2018, we continue to strategize and work to propel the brand and marketing to increase bookings. Our goal is to make them the number one ecotourism resort in BC.
