Walking into Keith Panel Systems’ building was an experience. Their building is cool (even if you know nothing about architectural facades). The inside is modern and the aesthetic is intentional—honestly, it wasn’t at all what we expected.
The disconnect? Their online presence didn’t represent the human experience they were creating. When we sat down at their open-office boardroom table, it was clear this was a team of forward-thinkers, the kind who welcome ideas and collaboration. Seriously, when your boardroom doesn’t have a door the message is clear: everyone is welcome.
After kicking off their new brand and website strategy (and staring through the floor-to-ceiling glass wall that overlooks their in-house manufacturing operation), we got to work creating an end-to-end brand experience inspired by the real KPS.

OUR APPROACH
Our strategists put their heads down and crafted a powerful brand strategy that resonated with KPS. From their new why and company values to a breakdown of their target markets and strategies to get in front of them, this heavy-hitting document positioned KPS exactly how they needed to be: as a company that takes on the biggest and most complex projects.
After crafting an intuitive user journey based on key demographics and needs, our design team took over, bringing the UX to life and creating a user interface (UI) design to visually communicate KPS’s new brand direction. Every touch was considered, from the font choices and colour palettes to the intricate layouts and calls to action, to position KPS as innovators at the forefront of their industry.
While our developers built the site from the ground up with custom coding and complex functionality, our copywriters gave life to KPS’s brand voice with the goal of engaging users with both story and information. But a site needs to have more than engaging copy, it needs to be optimized for search which is exactly what our team did, laying the foundation for organic growth.
