Selling a new residential development begins long before construction is complete. It starts with a vision and the ability to help buyers see themselves in a future space that does not yet exist.
Park & Maven is a thoughtfully designed residential development in Langley, British Columbia. To support sales and marketing, the project required more than a logo or a website. It needed a complete brand world and a physical presentation centre experience that could communicate lifestyle, quality, and intent from the moment someone walked through the door.
Studiothink partnered closely with the in house marketing team to bring Park & Maven to life across every touchpoint, both physical and digital.


The problem
Park & Maven needed a cohesive brand and sales environment that could translate architectural plans into an emotional, tangible experience.
With no finished homes to tour, the presentation centre needed to do the heavy lifting. Every detail had to work together to tell a consistent story, guide buyers through floor plans and features, and reinforce confidence in the development. The brand had to live seamlessly across signage, printed materials, digital experiences, and the physical space itself.



The solution
Studiothink delivered a fully realized brand and presentation centre experience designed to support sales, storytelling, and immersion.
We developed the Park & Maven brand voice and visual identity and carried it through every element of the buyer journey. This included interior and exterior presentation centre signage, brochures, floor plan sheets, sales materials, and environmental graphics that transformed the space into a cohesive brand environment.
The website was designed as an expansive digital extension of the presentation centre, featuring detailed floor plan sheets, lifestyle imagery, and intuitive navigation to support both in person sales conversations and remote browsing. Every piece was carefully aligned to ensure consistency between what buyers experienced in the space and what they encountered online.
The result was a polished, immersive brand experience that elevated Park & Maven beyond a typical development launch. The project was nominated for five Georgie Awards, including Best Website and Best Marketing Campaign, recognizing the strength and execution of the overall brand and presentation centre experience.
