Can I get a website on this plan?
No. Although this plan allows our web team to do smaller projects such as landing pages, SEO, content or website updates, a full website must be quoted separately.
Do the hours expire?
No. The hours stay active in your account until you need them.
Does this plan include ad spend or purchasing?
No. Ad spend is a separate budget, as are any physical deliverables such as printed collateral or signage. The budget for any physical items or ads will be recommended and approved in your quarterly strategy.
How are hours tracked?
Our team tracks their time in our project management system. You will receive a report of hours used. If desired, we can often tell you in advance how many hours your request will take.
