Morgan Creek Golf Course needed a website that reflected its world-class course and hospitality-led experience.

Morgan Creek Golf Course is more than one of the Lower Mainland’s most respected public courses. It’s a place where people gather, celebrate milestones, dine with intention, and return to again and again. From immaculately maintained fairways and a thriving golf academy to a chef-led restaurant and a growing events business, Morgan Creek had built something exceptional, but their brand and digital presence weren’t fully telling that story.

Studiothink partnered with Morgan Creek to clarify perception, strengthen storytelling, and reposition the brand as what it truly is: a premium, welcoming, public destination that delivers private-club-level experiences without exclusivity. The goal wasn’t to change who Morgan Creek was, it was to show people who they really are, with clarity, warmth, and confidence.

This work became the strategic foundation for everything that followed, from messaging and digital experience to future campaigns, sub-brands, and content.

The problem

Despite its reputation, Morgan Creek faced a perception gap that limited growth beyond core golfers.

Many potential guests assumed the course was private or members-only, reducing engagement from casual players, younger audiences, and local residents. Weddings and corporate events were under-leveraged, and the restaurant, Morgans, was often viewed as “just a golf course restaurant” rather than a destination in its own right. The on-site experience was exceptional, but the brand story online wasn’t keeping pace.
