How do I get more leads from my website?

The people who love our values find their way here eventually. See our current openings.

Look, we wish we could write a normal, boring job description for a Website/UX Strategist, but unfortunately that’s not who we are. I mean, our tagline is ‘Be a Brand Rebel’ so that should tell you something. And so, here’s our not very normal job description written in the hopes of attracting a special someone who, like us, believes in and champions our core values and our amazing work, and has a teensy bit of rebel in them too.

As our Website/UX Strategist you need a common sense business acumen. You dig deep into analytics, behaviour data, keyword and prompt opportunities to find the pain points, then translate what you find into a clear direction for our clients. You’re confident sharing that direction with a room of people, and even more confident defending it when someone pushes back.

Your primary goal is to own the thinking behind every website we build and every site we manage. That means Google Analytics fluency, reading web behaviour reports and knowing what to actually do with them, and knowing the difference between ranking, getting cited, and getting synthesized into an AI answer. You understand UX patterns and web capabilities well enough to build information architecture and wireframes that bring our storytelling to life in a way that leads people through a site and causes them to take action. You don’t freak out when people mention schema markup, structured data, or Core Web Vitals.

You’re the type of person who can see the big picture but never forgets the details. You understand that every site has to work on two levels at once, for the human reading it and the AI engine indexing it, and you take pride in being able to hold both without losing either.

Working closely with our team, and reporting to our Director of Strategy (who loves pumpkin spice lattes), you’ll conduct research, present recommendations, review web and UX design work, own the monthly reporting for our clients, and keep our client website checklists and internal launch checklists tight so nothing slips through the cracks.

You’re proactive, adaptable, and always have a pulse on where AI tools can sharpen the work, not slow it down. You’ll manage multiple accounts at once without sacrificing quality or thinking. Most importantly, you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you’re eager to push the boundaries of what a website can actually do for a business.

We don’t think this person will be easy to find, but we know you’re out there. If you are looking for a position that allows you to work at an agency you can truly get behind and be passionate about, a team who has your back and values you, giving you the flexibility and support you need in your life, then this might just be the right place for you.

Sharp analytical mind, deep UX instincts, and a skilled communicator who can talk to a client and a copywriter in the same afternoon. No biggie, right?
