The people of Premium Utility Contractor (PUC) are go-getters to their core. They’ve rapidly scaled their business since its inception two years ago, through pure tenacity and hard work ethic. The word “no” isn’t in their vocabulary; they always find a way to get things done. They needed to work with a team with a similar attitude, a team they could trust to be the experts in their field, as they are in theirs. We were happy to show them that behind our fun nature, we are more than capable of matching their drive.

PUC is going places, that much is clear. They might be the relatively new kid on the block, but with their capacity for hard work, it won’t be long before they are competing with the giants of their industry. They have the expertise, the manpower, the equipment, but they knew their branding and online presence was holding them back. They needed a website, branded materials and social media strategy that demonstrated their confidence and authority, as well as their capacity to tackle projects across the nation and overseas.

OUR APPROACH

“Fail to plan, plan to fail.” We began with creating a brand and website strategy that resonated with PUC and their company ethos. We zeroed in on their why, identified their brand voice and image to resonate with their no bullshit approach, and laid out a game plan for how their website would help position them to grow to become one of their industries top service providers. 

With a robust UX strategy laying the foundation, our design team set about the challenge of creating a bold, masculine aesthetic with an easy to navigate interface that highlighted the many services PUC offers. With the design laid out, our copywriters got to work creating a compelling brand voice that was bold while still evoking a sense of security within their potential customers. 

Bringing it all to life, our developers custom coded their website, with customized forms and functionality. PUC wanted to compete with the top players in their industry and we gave them a website that demonstrated they were capable of doing just that. 

While our team was busy building their new website, we also worked on their branded materials and social media package, showing PUC they aren’t the only ones capable of taking on many challenges at once. Our strategists laid the foundation and our design team and copywriters set about creating multiple presentation decks to meet their various needs, trade show materials, brochures, and new e-signatures (our developers jumped in to help with that one). We created custom social media templates and got them off to a great start with an initial month of content creation and scheduling that saw immediate results. They wanted a team that felt like an extension of their own company and we gave it to them.
