StrataPress needed a brand and website that could support growth, clarity, and trust in a competitive SaaS market.

Turning a powerful platform into a brand built for scale.

StrataPress was built to solve a very real problem. Founded by strata board members who experienced first hand how broken document management could be, the platform was created to simplify how strata corporations, property managers, and professionals share and access critical information.

Over time, StrataPress gained traction through relationships, referrals, and a product that genuinely worked. But as the company looked toward its next phase of growth, it became clear that the brand and website were no longer keeping pace with the quality or ambition of the platform itself.

Studiothink partnered with StrataPress to clarify its story, modernize its brand, and build a digital experience that could support scale across British Columbia and future markets.

The problem

StrataPress had a strong product but an underpowered brand presence.

The visual identity felt dated and did not reflect the innovation behind the platform. Messaging lacked clarity and emotional connection, making it difficult for new audiences to quickly understand the value of the tool or see StrataPress as a trusted partner rather than just another software option.

Visibility was also limited. With low online advocacy and minimal brand recognition outside existing users, StrataPress needed a clearer position and stronger digital foundation to compete against larger, more established players in the market.

The solution

Studiothink led a comprehensive brand strategy and website redesign to reposition StrataPress as a modern, approachable, and scalable SaaS platform.

We developed a clear brand story rooted in simplicity, empowerment, and partnership. The brand voice was crafted to feel friendly and straightforward, removing technical friction while still communicating credibility and expertise. Messaging focused on real world pain points faced by property managers, self managed stratas, and industry professionals, positioning StrataPress as a solution that saves time, reduces stress, and supports better communities.

The website was designed as a conversion focused experience, guiding users toward demos, education, and understanding with clarity and confidence. UX decisions emphasized ease of use, reflecting the platform itself, while the visual design reinforced trust, professionalism, and momentum.

The result is a brand and website that finally match the strength of the product. StrataPress now has a clear, compelling presence that supports customer growth, improves discoverability, and positions the company for expansion beyond its original market.
